We brought Lisbon inside TOUS home, at Rua Augusta, with a menu inspired by Portuguese flavours and traditions. We served octopus à lagareiro on a stick and round codfish cakes with a parsley veil and piri-piri jelly, in a contemporary presentation on blue and white azulejo tiles.

To go with it, we created a lemon verbena mocktail and served Espresso Martinis. A meeting between Portugal's identity and the TOUS universe, celebrating the culture, the flavours and the small details that make the country unique.
